ratedBuildR Membership Terms

By purchasing a ratedBuildR Membership, you agree that you are bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms”), as well as the ratedBuildR Membership Agreement and the main ratedBuildR Terms of Use (together, your “Agreement”).

  1. Membership and Discounts

ratedBuildR may, from time to time, offer you the opportunity to purchase certain services, such as a recurring maintenance plan, under a specific annual ratedBuildR Membership (“Membership”). General use of the ratedBuildR platform does not require a Membership. These terms apply only to optional, paid Membership plans that we may offer.

Any discounts obtained through a Membership cannot be combined with any other discounts, coupons, or offers unless expressly stated by ratedBuildR.

  1. BILLING AND AUTOMATIC RENEWAL

Should you choose to sign up for a paid Membership plan, you will be billed immediately for your initial Membership subscription period.

BY ENROLLING IN A PAID MEMBERSHIP, YOU AUTHORIZE US TO CHARGE YOU FOR YOUR INITIAL MEMBERSHIP SUBSCRIPTION PERIOD AND A RECURRING ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP AT THE THEN-CURRENT RATE, WHICH MAY CHANGE FROM TIME TO TIME. YOUR MEMBERSHIP WILL AUTOMATICALLY RENEW, AND PRIOR TO THE START OF THE NEXT SUBSCRIPTION PERIOD, YOU WILL BE CHARGED THE APPLICABLE MEMBERSHIP FEE TO YOUR PROVIDED PAYMENT METHOD ON A RECURRING BASIS UNTIL CANCELED AS SET FORTH HEREIN. UNLESS YOU NOTIFY US BEFORE A CHARGE THAT YOU WANT TO CANCEL OR DO NOT WANT YOUR MEMBERSHIP TO AUTO-RENEW, YOU UNDERSTAND THAT YOUR MEMBERSHIP WILL AUTOMATICALLY CONTINUE AND YOU AUTHORIZE US (WITHOUT NOTICE TO YOU UNLESS REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW) TO COLLECT THE THEN-APPLICABLE MEMBERSHIP FEE AND ANY TAXES, USING ANY ELIGIBLE PAYMENT METHOD WE HAVE ON RECORD FOR YOU.

  1. Cancellation of Associated Services

The cancellation and rescheduling of any services booked while you are enrolled in a paid Membership is subject to the cancellation policies set forth in the ratedBuildR Book Now Terms, including the payment of any applicable cancellation fees.

  1. Declination of Payment

If an eligible payment method we have on file for you is declined for payment of your Membership fee, you must provide us with a new eligible payment method promptly, or your Membership will be canceled. If you provide a new eligible payment method and are successfully charged, your Membership period will be based on the original enrollment or renewal date, not the date of the successful charge.

  1. CANCELLATION OF AUTOMATICALLY RENEWING MEMBERSHIP

YOU WILL NOT BE CHARGED A MEMBERSHIP FEE FOR THE SUBSEQUENT PERIOD IF YOU CANCEL YOUR MEMBERSHIP AT LEAST THREE (3) DAYS BEFORE YOUR NEXT MEMBERSHIP RENEWAL DATE.

You may cancel your Membership by contacting our Customer Care team at Office@ratedBuildR.com.

Following the cancellation of your Membership, you will continue to have access to the Membership benefits through the end of your current paid Membership period. Should you cancel your Membership, we reserve the right to cancel any service appointments you have scheduled that fall outside the current paid Membership period. All Membership fees are pre-paid and non-refundable. No pro-rated refunds will be issued for cancellations made partway through a subscription period.
