ratedBuildR Vehicle Damage Waiver

This Vehicle Damage Waiver is governed by and incorporates the ratedBuildR Shop Agreement.

You hereby agree to assume all risks associated with ratedBuildR employees, including DelivRs, loading merchandise into your personal or commercial vehicle, potentially with the use of a forklift or other machinery.

While every effort will be taken by ratedBuildR employees to load your vehicle in a safe and conscientious manner, you agree that ratedBuildR accepts no liability or responsibility for any damages to your vehicle during the loading process.

You agree that ratedBuildR also accepts no liability or responsibility for damage to overloaded vehicles, including but not limited to damage to tires, axles, or suspension. In addition, ratedBuildR accepts no liability or responsibility for damage to your vehicle during the transportation of the merchandise after leaving our premises. This would include any damage to windows, truck beds, tailgates, or any other part of the vehicle.

By requesting and allowing us to load your vehicle, you are hereby releasing ratedBuildR and any of its employees or independent contractors from any and all liability for any damage related to the loading of merchandise into or onto your vehicle.

The customer assumes all risks of damage to his/her vehicle and assumes full responsibility for securing the load properly and transporting the merchandise safely.
